The English interface of www.ezeri.lv is not yet ready, but we are making good progress and are expecting to complete it by the end of this week.
Currently we have no plans to translate any entries from our blog, and Latvian messages in the forum will not be translated to English either. However, you are welcome to post English messages in this forum, no matter if related to the site itself or lakes in Latvia in general.
Also, this thread is the right place to ask for (and receive) any technical support in English.
